Are your diamonds conflict-free?
Yes! We are committed to the Kimberly Process which aims to stem the flow of conflict diamonds. Our diamond vendors are required to provide written proof of their commitment to this worthwhile initiative. All of our diamonds are sorted and selected by hand.
What shipping options do you offer?
Currently, we only offer trackable FedEx Express shipping because our packages are insured and often high value.
Where do you ship from?
We ship directly from our own atelier workshop in Thailand. Your piece of jewelry comes directly from us and I've personally checked it at every stage and in the final quality check before sending it to you. If you live in any country outside of Thailand, we suggest that you check with your national Customs department to confirm any tax rates that might apply.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship via trackable FedEx Express which takes 2 business days. FedEx is However, Customs Department in your home country may delay the processing of the package which might increase the delivery time.
How long does it take for my order to ship and arrive? Hurry up already!
We ship all orders as quickly as possible. Usually within 1-2 business days. If you need to receive your package by a specific date, you can always contact us directly to confirm the dates.
Once your order is shipped, your transit time will vary depending on your shipping option, destination country, and the customs process for your country.
What about duties, customs, and additional fees?
We ship all international orders DDU (delivered duty unpaid), and we do not collect VAT (value added taxes). All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. Though we cannot predict what your particular charges will be, you can contact your local customs office for more information regarding your country's custom policies. Do you accept returns?
If we have made an error in your shipment, please contact us to let us know within 2 days of receipt and we will make it right! For any repair issues, we stand behind our fine quality production and offer a lifetime warranty on all of our pieces. For more details, please read more below. For exchanges, please note that we cannot accept international exchanges due to the cost of international shipping and customs/duties issues that result.
What's all this about a free Lifetime Warranty?
We make every single piece of She Adorns Jewelry in-house in our own Atelier & Design House in Bangkok, Thailand. Unlike other jewelry companies who manufacture in anonymous factories they've never stepped foot in, we are here every day, managing our amazing team of goldsmiths and setters. We quality control each piece at every stage of production. As a result, we stand behind our quality and back it up with a Lifetime Warranty.
Our warranty covers any defects within the piece. If you find a problem with your piece of fine jewelry, please contact us IN ADVANCE of shipping and we will provide repair shipment paperwork and help organize shipment by an appropriate method. Please note, our warranty does not cover lost, stolen, abused items or pieces which have been worked on by a third party jeweler.
Are earring backs and chains included?
Yes, all earrings come with earring backs and all pendants come with a fine gauge cable chain that measures 18" but can also be adjusted to be worn at 16".
Do you offer sizing, engraving or customizable options?
As we own our production facility, we are happy to discuss any one-off sizing, personal message engraving or customization of any product. We're very responsive to your individual needs and are always happy to try something new. Contact us should you have any specific needs. Please note: Sizing or engraving will add 1 week from order to ship date.
So is it Jewelry or Jewellery?
Depends on who is doing the asking. In Ireland its Jewelry, in the US its Jewellery and we like to be equal opportunity spellers so you may see it spelled both ways on our site. Because I can :)
